Siearthau provides independent environmental geosciences consultancy, structural terrain assessment, soil mechanics testing, land degradation analysis, and environmental impact assessments. Our services are delivered as technical guidance and reports. We do not guarantee specific project outcomes, permits, or approvals from regulatory bodies.
Clients must provide accurate site access information, existing data, and project objectives. Any delay or failure to disclose relevant conditions may affect the accuracy of our assessments. Clients are responsible for implementing our recommendations and for obtaining any necessary permits or consents.
Our reports and recommendations are based on site conditions observed at the time of assessment and on samples tested. Natural variability in soil and terrain conditions may occur. Siearthau shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to construction delays, cost overruns, or environmental penalties. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All reports, maps, data, and methodologies produced by Siearthau remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project described in the engagement. Redistribution or reuse for other projects without our written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Siearthau reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are performed. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial rules.
